CrossFit Unlimited ($199 per month)
Our Crossfit program consists of varied high-intensity classes that last one hour. Each class will be different, but most tend to include a warm-up, a strength component, and a workout of the day (WOD). Classes are lead by a trainer that holds a minimum of a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Certificate, and is there to guide each individual towards their fitness goals. Classes incorporate a multitude of different training modalities including weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, bodyweight movements, strongman, cardiovascular exercises, and bodybuilding. The skills, abilities, and mentality developed through consistent training in Crossfit not only make our members better athletes, but also make for happier, healthier, and more capable people in general. Unlimited members have access to all group classes.
CrossFit 3x/week ($179 per month)
Our 3x per week membership offers the same program as our unlimited membership, but for 3 sessions per week only. 3x/week members are welcome to join any of our CrossFit classes, along with our Skills class, Community class, and Bad Idea Saturday.
The 3x/week membership is perfect for individuals who have man work commitments or who enjoy splitting their exercise between CrossFit and other activities.
CrossFit Punchcard (10 classes for $150, 5 classes for $80)
Not sure how often you’ll be able to make it to the gym? Just want to try us out? Travel often for work? Our punchcard membership is the solution. With the punchcard, you can pre-pay for a bundle of classes and attend classes as you are able.
Crossfit Kids ($15 per session)
We offer specialized fitness coaching for teens and kids ranging anywhere from 3 to 17 years old. Here, kids have the chance to begin the process of building fitness into their lifestyle from an early age. We focus on engraining safe movement patterns, healthy habits, and a pure enjoyment in physical activity. Classes are separated into Pre-K (3-6 years old), kids, (7-11 years old), and teens (12-17 years old) and are taught by one of our certified Crossfit Kids trainers.
Open Gym ($99 per month)
Open gym is available between the hours of 6am-8pm Monday through Friday, and 9am-1pm Saturday and Sunday. All equipment, space, and showers are available for open gym, granted it does not interfere with a scheduled class. We also offer space to personal trainers on a per-hour basis. We strongly urge all members who utilize open gym to have prior experience before training without coaching. Open gym is available to full members, Olympic weightlifting members, and Sweat members, in addition to open gym-only members.
Personal Coaching ($55 per session)
Need extra help on the snatch? Can’t quite figure out how to lose those few extra pounds? Feel intimidated by the full class and want to ease into Crossfit? We have you covered! Our Personal Coaching program pairs you with one of our experienced trainers to give you the one-on-one attention that is sometimes needed. Our coaches are here for you, and will design a program around your specific, goals, needs or limitations. We offer any number of sessions that you need to get where you want to go—anywhere from just one session to five days per week. Personal coaching is available to members only.
Fundamental Movements Course ($199)
CrossFit involves many complex movements that require proper technique in order to avoid injury and to generate the intended stimuli. For inexperienced CrossFitters who are interested in joining group classes, we require participation in a four-class Fundamental Movements Course. This individual course, taught by one of our experienced coaches, will provide a foundation for all movements that will be performed in the regular group classes, in an environment that is conducive to learning. The Fundamental Movements Course is scheduled on an individual basis, according to your availability. Once the course is completed, the rest of your first month of membership is included in the price of the course.
