Our aim is to help YOU to meet YOUR GOALS. We have a variety of options, besides the standard group CrossFit classes, to fit your needs and schedule:
* Don't feel like you thrive in a group class? Unsure about going back to a gym during the pandemic? Can't make any of the group times?
Maybe personal training is a better fit for you. Our coaches are flexible, supportive, and always have your best interests and goals in mind. We offer 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 sessions, and 30 / 45 / and 60 minute options. Please click HERE to schedule a No Sweat Intro with one of our coaches.
* Want to improve a specific skill?
We offer skill-specific clinics or 1:1 training to get you that first pull-up, first HSPU, squat PR, etc.
* Have a nagging or acute injury? Or just want to learn how to improve your mobility / strength to break through a barrier and achieve a new skill (bar MUs? DUs? Squat below parallel?) Or are you a pregnant or postpartum mom who wants a little more guidance with navigating working out during this monumental transitional phase.
